Military Wash Racks
Fighting Corrosion. To Keep Us Strong. On the Ground. In The Air. At Sea. The Solution is Clear with Riveer.
Military Wash Racks
Corrosion Mitigation Through Wash and Rinse Systems
Aircraft rinsing systems and wash racks.
Developed specifically for the critical issues of retrograde wash down, maintenance, and corrosion mitigation, Riveer solutions are the go-to systems for military hardware in fighting condition.
Environment, Corrosion, Logistics and Procurement teams assigned duties around corrosion prevention, decontamination, and maintenance operations have called on Riveer since 1983 to develop innovative washing and rinsing systems that help them solve their biggest challenges.
Identify and assess potential adverse impacts of the wash operation and take all reasonable actions necessary to minimize the effects of used water and contaminants on the local environment. Contaminants must be captured or removed from rinse water to avoid contamination of runoff areas.
All aircraft stationed within 1.25 miles of saltwater shall be clear water rinsed at least once every 15 days, and that all aircraft flown at low level (under 3000 ft.) over saltwater require a CWR after the last flight of the day.
Wash Water Systems:
Vehicle Washing
The VWS gives military units the ability to wash to USDA standards and the heavy-duty ramps give complete access to the undercarriage for wash and inspection.
Retrograde Ramps
Riveer Inspection Racks are engineered specificallyfor retrograde logistics.
Field Power
Designed for remote locations, the NOMAD™ is an off-grid, self-contained, wash rack that is powered by solar, wind and a standby diesel generator.
Aviation Wash & Rinse
Keep your airframes corrosion-free with BirdBath, TAWS® and ARC commercial and military flight-line.
Wash Racks
Steel wash racks offer more control over containment and can be engineered to meet more specific needs.
Trailered Wash Systems
Built to last in harsh conditions, these systems allow units to get water and soap where you need it most.
