Riveer’s BirdBath Clear Water Rinse System (CWRS) is a permanent fully automated corrosion control system for rotary and fixed wing aircraft. Utilizing a robust water treatment plant, the CWRS is designed to dissolve all surface solids or salts from air frames preventing the build-up of harmful corrosive contaminants. The CWRS employs adjustable pattern – adjustable flow undercarriage nozzles in tandem with in-ground, wind corrected, automated spray monitors to deliver up to 3,000 gallons of water per minute at an aircraft-safe 175 pounds per square inch. These fully automated components allow the CWRS to completely rinse some of the world’s largest aircraft in under two minutes.
