Rain Testing System

Riveer water leak Testing System

Rain testing is a unique process where granular details such as droplet size, flow per area, and repeatability are paramount. Our experience in this field has clarified that it is far more technical than simply spraying water to cover a vehicle or enclosure. Factors like water flow, pressure, quality, angle of impact, nozzle type, nozzle interference, stand-off, and GPM/ft rate are what we account for whenever we design a new rain test solution.

Riveer water leak test systems are designed to specification to simulate a broad array of water intrusion events; compliant to a variety of water test standards such as MIL-STD-810H Method 506.6, IEC 60068-2-12, ISO 20653:2023, and more by request. These systems provide reliable and repeatable test conditions and aim to streamline the quality control process at the end of any production line. Our experience with water leak tests ranges from small enclosure testing, automotive testing, pop-up campers, military equipment testing, and much more.
