Autowash Multi-Stage Pretreatment Systems

Riveer’s Autowash system is an industrial pretreatment washer that gives your operation the flexibility to wash, degrease, and pretreat parts of any size, shape or material for any application. From materials such as Aluminum and Mild Steel to parts of any size range, no challenge is too big or small. These systems are typically used in high-volume, large part variety operations such as pretreatment for paint, pretreatment for powder coating, or applying a conversion coating process.

Riveer team members will work closely with you to design a fully integrated solution that is tailored to your specific operation needs, helping you achieve a better finish and a higher throughput. The system uses a stainless steel wash booth with ventilation, lighting and customizable product entry and exit doors to isolate, capture, and control all stages of the wash cycle for re-use, drastically saving chemical and water usage costs. Riveer systems have been used in varying chemical processes, applying 7 or more wash stages in a single booth, saving floor space over a traditional tunnel wash system.
