For sites with heavier equipment and continuous operation, Above Ground Wash Racks and Heavy Duty Inspection Ramps are modular steel systems that support equipment up to 80 tons, installing without building permits and giving crews full access to undercarriages for washing and inspection. Wash water captured from either system can be treated on-site with a Standard Water Treatment System (RTS 500) or Oil Water Separators, reducing water and disposal costs while keeping the site environmentally compliant.
